When a theme is first uploaded to your Shopify or BigCommerce store, the initial setup may contain basic sections or placeholder content. Our technical team will install your theme and set up the selected demo layout and demo content provided with the theme package.
This allows you to see how your chosen demo is structured on your own store and gives you a practical starting point for building it with your own products, images, branding, and business content.

The Basic Installation Service includes:
- Theme Installation — Install and activate your purchased theme on your Shopify or BigCommerce store.
- Demo Layout & Content — Set up the selected demo layout and import the available demo content, including banners and dummy text.
- Basic Check — Test the installation to ensure the theme and its main components are working as intended.

The Basic Installation Service is a one-time service for one website per eligible theme purchase and applies to a clean installation of the purchased theme.
The service covers the standard theme installation and selected demo setup. Your own products, business information, branding, and other store-specific content are not included. Custom development, additional design changes, app configuration, or requirements beyond the standard demo setup may require a separate service.

Please provide:
- Your theme license or invoice for purchase verification
- The demo/layout you would like us to set up
- The required store access for our technical team
Once we receive the required information and access, our team will review your request and proceed with the installation.
