At HaloThemes, we specialize in high-quality digital products, including Shopify and BigCommerce themes, as well as installation and customization services. Because our products are digital software, we do not provide physical shipping.
We offer two types of digital fulfillment based on the product or service you purchase:
Type 1: Digital Themes (Shopify & BigCommerce Templates)
- Delivery Method: Automated Digital Download.
- Delivery Time: Immediate. After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link.
- What You Will Receive: The delivery email will contain a secure download link for your theme package (.zip format).
- Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Free Global Delivery).
Type 2: Add-ons & Custom Services (Installation, Custom Work)
- Delivery Method: Manual fulfillment via email consultation.
- Delivery Time: Our team will contact you via email to confirm your requirements within 12 to 48 hours.
* Note: We do not process service orders on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Orders placed during the weekend will be handled on the next business day.
- What You Will Receive: We will manually install/customize the add-on or service package you purchased.
- Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Free Global Delivery).
