Halothemes hereby grants you a revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the web extensions and other products sold through our web site by Halothemes (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license”) issued by Halothemes.net

Limited Usage Granted

All our Bigcommerce/ Shopify Themes or BigCommerce Add-ons/ Shopify Modules come with Single Domain License.

Ownership

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may alter the products code for your own use. But is strictly prohibited to distribute the original products code or your modified products code without the written permission of Halothemes.

Delivery

After we have successfully received your payment, your purchase download will be emailed to the address that you have provided during the sign up process. It normally happened within minutes. If you do not receive this information in 24 hours from you completed sign up process please contact us directly at: sales@halothemes.com. With this information you can access the member area section to download our products and access our Halothemes community.

Unauthorized Use

You may not, duplicate on CD or diskette or website as a method of reproduction in any kind. If you are interested in reproducing or modifying our templates, please contact us for written consent. All template XML copyright data must remain as is when purchased, you agree not to edit this information in any way. All of our templates are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws, you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

Modifications

Our themes are created for development – this means that images, colors, fonts, layouts and anything else related to the design of our themes can be changed or modified.
