Troubleshooting Guide: Error when trying to paste the code into the product JSON file on Ella Shopify Theme

In the past few days, we released Ella Version 6.6.1, primarily focused on new design and premium functions for the Ella theme. While this update brings significant improvements, it has also resulted in an unintended issue due to changes in the theme section structure. Shopify has permanently removed the Shopify Review App, so we must remove the app code from the theme source. As a result, a distinct issue has arisen.

If you encounter an error "Invalid value for type in block 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx'. Type must be defined in schema" when you try to paste the code into the product JSON file, please follow our instructions below to fix it.

Step 01: Copy the block name. Example 'faebbc78-6094-4bc0-a917-80dbfbf5ef3c'

Step 02: "Control+F" (or "Command+F" on a Mac) to search this block in the file

Step 03: Go to the relevant parts to remove

Step 04: Save your change
